I’ve spent over a decade driving growth and operational excellence at Phaidon International, where I was a founding member of the U.S. business. In my role as Managing Director, I led multiple brands, including scaling multiple groups across North America. I successfully built a regional delivery business, and consistently exceeded recruitment targets, contributing to over $150 million in annual revenue which equates to over 4000 placements.
